If you already subscribed through Gumroad, you can contact the publisher by replying to your purchase receipt email or using the seller contact information on the receipt. See Gumroad’s official guidance on contacting a creator.
Subscription billing, renewals and cancellation
If you need to change your billing details or cancel a membership, the quickest route is usually Gumroad’s Subscription settings link in your emailed receipt or the Manage membership page in your Gumroad Library.

If you are requesting a refund or disputing a charge, contact the publisher using the details on your receipt and include your purchase date and order reference. Do not post card numbers or sensitive financial information in email.
Missing the 7 AM email?
The briefing is scheduled for 7:00 a.m. Eastern on U.S. market days. If you are not seeing it:
- Check Spam, Promotions, Updates and other inbox tabs.
- Search for “The Source Code” in your email account.
- Verify the address used for your Gumroad purchase.
- Check whether the date is a U.S. market holiday or whether an edition was delayed.
- Contact the publisher by replying to your Gumroad receipt with the subscription email address and a brief description of the issue.
